SUNDRIFT AI API CONSOLE | Last Updated: April 2026

1. License

Sundrift AI grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Console and APIs.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services, including API versions, with reasonable notice (minimum 30 days for breaking changes).

2. Acceptable Use

You must not use the API to:

• Generate fraudulent financial or identity documents
• Violate the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)
• Reverse engineer or replicate Sundrift systems
• Abuse, scrape, or overload the service

We reserve the right to rate limit, suspend, or terminate access for misuse.

3. AI Limitations & Human Responsibility

3.1 No Financial Advice

Sundrift AI provides technical infrastructure only. We are not a lender, broker, or financial adviser.

3.2 Human-in-the-Loop Requirement

AI outputs are probabilistic. You must ensure human review before relying on outputs in financial decisions.

3.3 Model Limitations

Outputs may be:

• Inaccurate
• Incomplete
• Outdated

4. Compliance Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws, including:

• National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 (Cth)
• Best Interests Duty (BID)

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in:

• Models
• Weights
• Fine-tuning logic
• "World Model" architecture

remain the exclusive property of Sundrift AI.

6. Restrictions (Critical)

You must not:

• Reverse engineer or decompile the models
• Use outputs to train competing systems (no distillation)
• Resell raw API access without added value

7. Fees & Billing

• Usage is billed per token (input + output)
• Fees are defined in the Console
• Non-payment may result in immediate suspension

8. Service Availability

The Console is provided "as is":

• No guaranteed uptime unless specified in a separate SLA
• Maintenance and interruptions may occur

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access:

• For breach of these terms
• For security concerns
• For non-payment

Upon termination:

• Access ceases immediately
• Data may be deleted subject to legal obligations

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 3 months
• Sundrift AI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Sundrift AI against:

• Claims arising from your use of the API
• Regulatory penalties (e.g., ASIC, ACCC)
• Misuse of outputs in downstream applications

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
